CAREERS ADVISER | AUTHOR | NEURODIVERSITY ADVOCATE

STEPHANIE OZUO

Person-centred, empathetic career guidance for women, neurodivergent professionals, and people from the global majority. Supporting you to build a career that feels aligned, sustainable, and entirely your own.

ABOUT STEPHANIE OZUO

I'm Stephanie Ozuo, a qualified careers adviser, author, and neurodiversity advocate with over 13 years of experience across higher education, tech, the creative industries, professional services, and the non-profit sector.
I primarily support women, neurodivergent people and people from the global majority.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, decolonial, and anti-oppressive practice. I consider the systemic forces of patriarchy, capitalism, and anti-Blackness that shape our working lives, and I meet you where you are, not where you're "supposed" to be.
I hold a Master's degree in Career Development and Management, with research focused on Adult ADHD in the workplace. My work is informed by both academic research and lived experience, giving me a deep understanding of how neurodivergence can shape careers, confidence and working life.
Creativity has always been central to my work. Alongside my careers practice, I've founded the community film club Black Femme Film and the creative agency Hue and have worked as a creative director and consultant for organisations including HBO, 21st Century Fox, and Entertainment One.

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and informed by career development theory and other evidence-based frameworks. I work with a limited number of clients to ensure everyone receives dedicated, high-quality support throughout their journey.
Whether you're changing direction, rebuilding your confidence or making sense of a non-linear career path, we'll work together to uncover the strengths in your story and build a career that aligns with who you are.
